    Default camshaft

    I have a esslinger camshaft with e52599 on the end of it. can any one tell me what cam this is and would this cam be good for a 1/4 paved track. 2300 5.7 rods light weight crankshaft and rods, pistons. esslinger alluminum d-port head. turning eng aprox 5000 - 5500 in corners and 8200-8500 at end of straights.

    It all depends on lift rule but if you wanna win see Jerry @ Schneider Camshaft. And you may wanna pick up a copy of Desk Top Dino and play with some numbers.
