Default Lucas Oil Race MAVTV Not on Dish Network

MAVTV, is not part of the DISH network packages. It is part of all Direct TV packages.

I called Dish network and complained about this channel not being included in our package. They tried to get me to pay extra for a sports package which I declined.
I am not under contract with Dish so that gives me a little leverage . I told them that I was going to look into switching my service to Direct TV , and I told the guy I was talking too that once I switched I would be gone for at least two years while under the new Direct TV contract. He gave me the the # below and told me to call them before switching to direct.

You can reach an account specialist at 1-800-333-3474 to speak with a Customer Service Representative and ask to be connected with a Partner Loyalty department who will personally handle your request.

Be sure you ask for the Partner Loyalty department.

After doing this they added the sports package to my programing at no charge for 6 months and said I would need to call them back every 6 months to have this channel continued at no charge.

If you are a Dish customer you should call them and voice your opinion about mavtv not being included in your programing package.

I enjoyed the broadcast of the Chili Bowl Live.

if you get it you pay extra for it. its not part of the top 120, top 200, or top 250 packages offered by Dish. you pay extra for it if you get it. Direct TV offers this channel in all their packages at no extra charge.

    check it out http://www.dish.com/entertainment/pa.../offers/value/

No extra charge might be a stretch . The package prices are higher after the initial "bargain"
