    Default transmission and rear gear oil

    looking to upgrade manuel trans and rear gear oil. Running oem 80-90w oil. Oil is in a 7.5 rearend and 4 speed mustang trans. Any thoughts.

    REDLINE is the best I have ever used. Makes the FOD tranie shift like hot butter.

    Brad Penn or RedLine. Or Gibbs oil if you have a lot of $$$. -Dave-

    Is that the BP classic GL4? Does nobody run synthetics?

    i use mercon atf in both rear end and transmission.. less drag all around

    Mark 41 forgot to tell you.... ( and you non diesel people may NOT believe me) but after he drains the rear end and tranny, he puts/re-uses that fluid in the fuel tank of the tow vehicle and burns it on the way to the track !!!

    ATF with a splash of lucas oil treatment and cam break in additive ( zinc additive....7 bucks at advance) oem is too thick causes drag
