ironhead=proven cheater, many times, NASCAR & Bill France Jr looked the other way.

Go find anyone in the Cup garage area that was around in those says (and there are still many) that will confirm Terry was scared of ironhead, find just one, otherwise we'll all chalk it up to the fact you don't know what you're talking about, which most of us figured out before your 20th post. LOL!

Mark Martin won the 1990 Cup Championship and everyone but you knows it. NASCAR, Bill France Jr. in cooperation with rcr and ironhead made sure the record shows otherwise but the truth is what it is.

CIRF if mark martin would not have been cheating he would have won in 1990. labonte s actions showed that he was indeed intimidated, you cannot change the facts just because you have more post than me, we can chalk it up to the fact that you are obviously a sore looser.

At the Charlotte race in October of 1990 the 3 car left the pits with left side wheels absent lug nuts. ironhead left his pit stall and was partially on the apron of the speedway when the all four wheels fell off. The NASCAR pit official warned the 3 crew not to go to the car but they did anyway. They jacked the car, put tires on it and the 3 drove away. The 3 car, in spite of a rule that specified against exactly what the 3 crew did was not penalized at all. The 3 finished way, way ahead of where it would have finished if a proper penalty had been assessed. The correct finish would have given Martin much more that the 26 points he needed to have been champion in 1990 even though he lost a cylinder late in the race and finished 14th. Mark Martin never whined about the 46 points at Martinsville or the chicken$hit no call at Charlotte 'cause he had way too much class and dignity to stoop to that level, unlike some others.

You want to see some world class whining go to YouTube and search the Fall Cup race at North Wilkesboro in 1989 and get a load of the post race interview with Di ck Berggren. Now there's a dignified and classy dissertation which had to be apologized for the next week at Rockingham.

It's very simple, you don't know what your talking about in reference to the 1990 Cup championship and it's abundantly clear you don't know what you're talking about in regards to Terry Labonte. Make all the assumptions you want about your hero but Terry Labonte wasn't afraid of him. What your hero had going for him was he had NASCAR and France in his pocket, but even that couldn't stop what happened in turn 4 on the last lap of the 2001 Daytona 500.

It's usually a waste of time to attempt to explain things to someone that is so clearly full of chit but sometimes exceptions are necessary. Post stuff you can back up as opposed to crap that is dreamed up out of thin air.

Don't be so hard on yourself. You can change if you put your mind to it. Just put forth the effort and don't put yourself down like that.

Permission granted. Since I like ya' HH, I won't charge ya' any royalties. LOL!! (Joke, just a joke!)

I appreciate all the kind words from all of you guys.

Mitt, the remark is not meant to be nice or to be derogatory, it's merely the truth and I'm really sorry it made you mad or hurt your feelings, I think.

retired racer, remember, if you know what you're talking about you won't be made to look like a raving fool.
