    Default Driveshaft length/travel camaro

On a leaf spring Camaro I need to know how much travel before driveshaft bottoms out in trans is needed? I have one shaft that only has 1/2-3/4" before bottoming out and another that has 2 plus but only has aprox 1-1 1/2" in the trans. We swaped in a ford 9" is the reason for changing driveshafts. Thanks for any help
This car has landrum 225 & 200 spring aprox 8 degree pinion angle 602 crate motor with 8" tires on a small hooked up track.

Around 1.5 sticking out is plenty. A leaf car doesn't move much

You can also change the yolk on the gear to gain or lose an inch if you are worried.
