Default Ford 9" fill level and axle seal?

We just switched to a floater and the housing doesn't have drain or fill holes. We bought some bungs but don't know where to weld them in line with axle? Also we were ordering inner axle seals and instructions said "use in right side to keep gear oil out of tube" Do you just use in right axle tube or both? Sorry but I just don't want to ruin a new rear end.

I put my drains plugs on the bottom and then it also works to put a jack under the housing to check bite. The Fill plug is up about 5'' that is just below the center line of the tubes . The seals really should run 2 of them .That will keep oil out of the tubes .
