need help with 04 masterbuilt

I have an 04 masters I'm assembling n I need help with set up I need spring rates 4 bar length j bar length if u have any measurents on where the rearend should be frame heights n where you measure them to how tall springs to use do u need any spacers any where on the front end parts like on tie rods or the rack what wheel offsets how much bite n rear to use also j bar height where it should be please help I need it and surging else I should no to
