i have a mercedes c230 that i use as a lemons car. we use the factory fuel tank which has a double sump to accommodate the drive shaft. the car is powered by a 2.3for and id really like to keep the mechanical fuel pump for simplicity. does anyone have a simple solution for the dual sumps with one fuel pump? im afraid if i simply split the line and send one leg to each side of the tank when one gets low it will suck air and the other side will stop picking up fuel in the side that still has fuel.
