Lucas tires vs UMP tires

Can someone tell me the difference between the the Lucas 01 02 tires and UMP 20 on a durometer.

The 01 tire is considered a 1300, the 02 tire is considered the LM20. With that said there should be about a 5-7 point difference between the 01 and 02. We were told last year when they introduced the new Lucas tire that the rubber would be the same but just a spec block right rear rather than a rib, we soon found out that they weren't exactly the same.
