Dry sump/ Wet sump ??????

rules call for no dry sump system. If u run a external oil pump but pump it out of the pan (all oil is in the pan 9qts) isnt that still wet sump? thanks

if you have a claim the pump usually goes with. some places state no external oil pumps check your rules
