201 Speedway Returns to Action with Weekly Racing Series Program May 3

(April 29, 2014) SITKA, KY – With a successful 2014 season opener now in the rearview mirror, 201 Speedway track owner Jarrod Breeding and promoter Tony Sturgill will continue with their 2014 racing season with a Weekly Racing Series program on May 3.

The Saturday May 3 racing evening will feature a full program of competition for all four weekly racing divisions. The Super Late Models, Open Wheel Modifieds, Bombers, and Four Cylinders will do battle in the first point’s event of 2014 at the 3/8-mile oval.

Activities for the May 3 event at 201 Speedway will the pit and general admission area open at 3:00pm. A mandatory drivers meeting set to take place at 6:30pm followed by hot laps shortly after. Ticket prices for the May 3 event in the general admission area will be $13 for adults, while children ages 10 and under are FREE with a paid adult. A pit pass will be $30.

201 Speedway last raced on April 17 and feature event winners included Brandon Kinzer of Allen, KY in the Super Late Model divisions, Jason Hall in the Open Wheel Modifieds, and Reggie Ritchie in the Bombers.
