Angry Flywheel bolts keep shearing off!

I've got a 2.3 ford mini stock. I took in bottom end to machine shop because it had flywheel bolts sheared off in the back of the crank. He removed all of the bolts and helocored the bolt holes in the back of crank. Went out for out for my heat race this past weekend (first time the motor was raced since fixed) and didn't even make 1 lap and the bolts sheared off in back of crank again. Any suggestions, tips, answers?

Are you using the ARP bolts?

Has flywheel be shaved?, Are the bolts bottoming out? I had to run washers to space mine so they don't bottom out. Get ARP, torque them in stages and get new ones each time
