04 hurricane

I'm looking at picking up a 04 hurricane chassis built by Dale Applebee's four bar car local and I was wondering if it be a good choice to get or get a different chassis

If there is anywhere you can inspect inside the tubing, do it. Tubing rusts from the inside out, and with the age of that car that would be my main concern.
