moving head to make more power on 2300

Has anyone tried moving the head around on the motor to see if it helps air flow, helps swirl, or helps with the valve shrouding? This might case piston to valve problems if done wrong but I think there's hidden power if done correctly. Has anyone experimented with this? Opinions....

Yes this has been done as well as moving the outward bores outward and the inner bores outward to increase the bore spacing.
