Good bearings...I've always used stock aux shafts with a stock TFI dist. & never had any problems.

We run the m86 oil pump and have heard of many people stripping the auxiliary shaft gears

high vol oil pumps can kill the gear and aux shaft. We use a stock oil pump and never tore one up yet. Stripped about 6 or 7 over a two year period with hi vol oil pump. Changed oil pump to stock 18 years ago, and no more problems....

55-60 cold idling, 80-90 at full throttle and about 35 idling after racing.

Esslinger Engineering probably has a lot of good advice regarding the aux-shaft. Their experience is close to endless? -Dave-
