Default Any Noticeable Difference Between Various Plug Wire Manufacturers?

Are the Moroso Ultra 40 really that much better than say a comparable configuration MSD or Accell plug wire?

Also (and this is going on a Southern Sport mod), 8.5MM or 8.0MM? And that appears to be the wire cover diameter and is not reflective of the actual conductor size.

    Thanks

I went to the Ulta 40 wires. I had Taylor and had 2 wires fail, and not due to heat. The lower the resistance per ft the better the wire and more power it can deliver. Will other wires work fine? Sure. I have had them on for about 10 nights, so time will tell.

I run scott wires. Run them about 2 years (100 shows) and replace them due to maintenance. Havent had one fail and say no hp change on the dyno from and old set to a new set.

We have Ultra 40's on my kid's b-mod. We have only been out one night so we don't have any real world test results yet BUT our engine guy pulled these off of his shelf when my son asked about wires… they are what he recommends if you have the $$$ to buy the best.
