    Default Ugliest DLM wraps/paint

Read a post about the best looking cars each year at the World 100 which some were pretty awful. Anyone have pics of the worst looking wraps/paint jobs? I had a few from Pennsboro in the mid to late 90s that I need to try to dig up.

Honestly not sure what some people think before they get their car wrapped.

And they probably paid a fortune to get all that garbage put on there, usually only to get it tore off in hot laps the first night out.

How can a sponsor justify spending big $$$ when his company name can't be deciphered among all the graphic crap they put on cars today? How many sponsor names can you read at speed or even when parked 25' away?

Been thinking the same thing for several years. Some of the problem I think is the "wraps and lettering" biz has become flooded with dudes buying printers and under cutting each others prices. They own a printer but have NO artistic talent to letter a car professionally and it shows. They may have a computer full of files and things they can cut & paste but they can't actually do the art or now what to use where and when. I always liked the clean look of Jimmy Mars car, legible and professional looking.

I like a clean design where sponsers and logos can be seen. A lot of cars have way way to much garbage on them. Cant hardly read them in the pits let alone the track...jmo

For some reason a plain car with a nicely designed set of numbers is my favorite look with a few sponsors in the right spots if they have them
