Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series $5,000 to win at Western Kentucky Speedway on September 13

Glasgow, KY-September 2, 2014- The Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series kicks off the month of September with a return visit and big money event on Saturday September 13 at Western Kentucky Speedway in Nebo, KY as the open-wheel warriors will compete in a 40 lap A-Main event that will pay $5,000 to win and $250 to start.

The trip for the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series to Western Kentucky Speedway will be the tour’s second ever trip to the track located just outside of Madisonville, KY. Trent Young of Hopkinsville, KY won the series only other visit to the track earlier this season in July of 2014.

The Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series will visit Western Kentucky Speedway in Nebo, KY on Saturday September 13 as the tour will be action with a full program of racing action that will feature practice, A-B group time trials, qualifying heats, B-Mains, and the 40 lap, $5,000 to win/$250 to start A-Main. Joining the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series in action at Western Kentucky Speedway on Saturday September 13 will be the track’s Super Street, Cruiser, Rusty Bolt, UMP Mini Stock, Bomber, and Pure Street divisions.

Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series Western Kentucky Speedway A-Main Payout: 1st- $5,000, 2nd- $2,500, 3rd- $1,500, 4th- $800, 5th- $650, 6th- $600, 7th- $550, 8th- $500, 9th- $450, 10th- $400, 11th- $375, 12th- $350, 13th- $325, 14th- $285, 15th- $265, 16th through 22nd- $250 to start ($40 entry for AMS series members; $50 entry fee for AMS series non-members).

In addition, all patrons need to visit the souvenir area and stop by the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series Maxima Racing Oil Vending Area and pick up the official 2014 series t-shirt.
