Have you called Donnie at lightning yet? You wont find a more helpful guy. He will definitely get you pointed in the right direction.

    shock package.
    What shocks are you running?
I think there should be lifeguards in the genepool.

Are they an bilstein with a Schrader valve, or a standard old shock.
I would suggest you get with someone front Integra, Genesis, Fox, Afco.
The shocks you currently have are probably killing you in the slick

no adjustments will help a dead shock.
no adjustments will help if you have a standard gas shock with a lot of rod pressure, it acts like an additional spring.
my thoughts are shocks, because I have been there with what you are trying to do.

I see a few problems, the main one being the shocks. Those 3060 shocks on the front are easy up shocks, which wont let the car steer thru the middle and make you have to break the car loose to turn killing the forward traction. The LR spring probably should be softened to a 225, and the 2080 LR shock needs a check valve put in it, if it is an off the shelf 2080 ( it doesn't have enough low speed in it to hold the car up )

Check your bird cages for binding. We had the same problem last year as the bird cage got warm the car would go away change the bearings in the bird cage and car was consistent again
