Default Smackdown S7 or GenX RF

I currently run the S7 front on my smackdown. Ive seen alot of posts about a GenX RF on these cars. Whats the difference between these 2 fronts. Thanks

The long rf smack lower is 18 5/8 long. The GenX is 19 which you can cheat out another 1/4 with the hiem. You spacer out the upper. This tightens the car overall

It is just the lower control arm. No change.

Same length upper as well? Or does it need spaced out too? Thank you.

That is how I would do it. (Spacer) I was having my own lowers built then found out the Gen X was the same as what I was making.

The gen x car has 10 degree spindles , I never measured a smackdown but I guarantee they are less than 10 degree .

What I've been told is that the smack is 5. The s7 7. The gex x 9 and the mbh 10.

Anybody put the genx spindles on a smackdown instead of the s7?
