I ran exact same setup for a few seasons, the mustang disc & pressure plate will bolt right up, use the ford 5spd. OEM TOB, BUT you will have to replace the stubby 2" clutch cable with a 1/4" x 2.5" long bolt, use this as an adjuster to set up the clutch to grab & release properly. Use fender washers on both ends & double nut the open end (lock washer in between) to keep it from coming loose. When I put it together for the first time, clutch would not release, short cable was a little too long. Hope this helps.
