    Default ct525 quartermaster bellsousing question

I have a quartermaster bellhousing. its the one that doesn't have the idler gear in it for the starter . does anyone know if quartermaster makes a flex plate/drive hub for a ct525? their customer service and website are very lacking.

    Block mounted starter?
The CT525 is internal balanced so you don't need a QM specific one. Use the flexplate the engine came with and the standard drive hub for what ever transmission your using. The hub goes on on top of the flexplate.

If you have the bell housing that has the reverse mount starter you need this and the correct starter.
