    I have a set of winters 007 oil filled hubs and they are leaking oil how much do you run and any suggestions ???

    3oz. Can you see where they are leaking? Is it by the plug? Maybe the o ring is bad or not seating correctly.

    I had the same problem. And it was the spindle leaking. Take the hub off and put a freeze plug in the snout of spindle end. Try that. Hope this helps. P.s. Make sure you clean out the old oil first.

    Just something I was thinking about this the other day... how does the outer bearing on the LF keep oiled up when going around the track and vice versa on the RF? It would seem that the oil wouldn't ever get there to those bearings. Also, do you have to do anything special to the spindles (like plugging them as mentioned above) to keep the oil from going down in them instead of around the bearings?

    Frost plug in the snout of the spindle is a must.
