Replacing Dust Boot on a Sweet Rack

Any tips on installing the dust boot? I can get it slid up about half way around the housing only to have it slip off. Surely there is a trick out there to make it easier.

Assuming its the correct boot for that R&P (not too small), I would only suggest the obvious. Make sure the housing is free of grease on the outside. The boot should be pliable enough to hold one spot on with your finger while you pull out on one of the ribs to slip the rest over (boy that sounds weird...). I replaced mine last year without issue. They even held in place with just a plastic tie strap. I also think they only make one size for a Sweet.
