It was made public recently that Mr. David Pearson suffered a mild stroke on December 9th of last year and has recovered to about 85% of normal due to therapy.
David Pearson is, in my humble opinion and the opinion of many including The King, was the best to ever compete in a NASCAR stock car. He did it the best of anyone without running his mouth, without hypocrisy and without resorting to wrecking others. David did it with guts, talent and most of all with class and dignity. Nuff said!
Get well very soon Mr. Pearson, you are the best NASCAR has ever seen.

You and I agree on this. Pearson was the best of them all in Nascar. Not to belittle the other great drivers and there were several.

Agree 100% CIRF Pearson raced and won with dignity and class.
