    Default What is "cantilevered pullbar"

Heard Rodney sanders and a few other guys were running this but have never seen it myself. Any pics?

There is nothing about this set up anywhere on this forum. Nor has anyone even come close to describing it.

You want to talk about unsprung weight? Put your spring or urethane canister on chassis side. Big deal right. No...

All I'm saying is you're allowed one wrap up shock in pull bar area 👍😂

My suggestion is look up some f1 suspensions get knowledgable about the geometry associated with that. if you start to realize the benefit of that apply it to what you know about the geometry associated with the pull bar. There are some interesting findings about motion and travel when cantilevers are introduced to the system.

If you don't know how it works it's not going to benefit your program anyway.

I'm game for it. We had a "Custom Chassis" by Frank McClendon that used torsion bars... The best one we had though was a Reverse cantilever. Kinda like this Rayburn/McClendon collaboration a friend of mine ran a few years back.
