Thumbs up Hartford (Michigan) Speedway <> One track that is headed in the right direction.

Cutting a track and making it smaller isn't always the answer. It's the perception that big tracks are harder on engines then small tracks is not always the case. On and off the throttle a lot can hurt an engine to. What makes you think this is just about getting more cars. It's much more then that. It's about a proper payout for each division and one the track can afford along with having a track staff that respects the drivers and treats them fairly. The one thing I noticed about Hartford last year is the way they treat the drivers/ Crews/ teams, & Fans. Other tracks could learn a thing or two from the way they run a track period. They get a great crowd each week in the stands (smallest crowd they had in 2014 was around 1,800 people). Yeah the size of the track does scare some people off. But a lot of the time when you come home from a big track there may not be as much body damage to straiten out on the flip side the speed are a bit faster and you wreck harder. Seems besides the regulars many others are considering committing to racing Hartford next year. Those includes Scott Orr & his brother Aaron Orr, Jesse Bitterling (when he can make it) Colin Thirlby (When he is racing Michigan Dirt Cup or bigger money races), my 2 friends Kenny Carlson & his nephew Richie Shirey #21R (If he can get off work from the Mill in time), and a host of others. Hartford has a great thing going with the new Owner Tim Dibble and the staff there. Also the track has been widened to 85 feet all the way around the track with new clay and some added banking.

You must be blind . KLMS is in an area where this is a very limited amount of cars to go around and it never really mattered what their payout was when they opened back up.
I'm gonna sit back and let you keep talking and will when the season starts. Not to be rude but your input wasn't really wanted. This was for drivers/ crews/ teams to see and decide if they would race there.
