Lucas Oil is instituting a new rule of not covering your car with tarps or any objects blocking wheel wells or rear ends during racing programs. If you do and get cought you will have to put 50 pounds on your race car.

Well that's easy to get around......
Just pull the car in the hauler or up on the lift gate or have the crew positioned around the car.

Is this for real? What next? If a competitor asks nicely, you have to tell him what springs, wheel weights and tire compound and if they are siped or not. lol

There are other Racing Series that already have this rule in place. Make the proper adjustments and put the tires back on and....Keep the car backed up to the hauler....As most do any way,,,,,,,lol

This is dumb.. Why would I stress over what changes to make on my car when I can just buy a rocket and park next to Richards and follow their every move? Its punishing ppl for doing their homework and finding something different..

wow, the mods really do need to do something here. I bet this makes the racing sponsors proud to have their ads shown on this website. This person has some real issues.

This should have been implemented years ago.

fryefan, why do you say it should have been implemented years ago? JMO but it is nobody's business what is under the cover except for the driver, crew and tech.
