Ultimate series expanding to Northeast?

Whatever happened with the talks of the ultimate series expanding to PA WV and OH. I believe they had a meeting about it during the offseason but haven't heard anything about the decision.

The plan, as I understand it, is to do a few sanctioned events there in 2015 and if that goes well expand to the region in 2016.
