Ponderosa Speedway Revises American Racer Tire Rule for Pro Late Model Division in 2015

Junction City, KY-March 24, 2015- Ponderosa Speedway track promoter Jerry Denson would like to announce a revision to the American Racer portion of the Pro Late Model tire rule for the 2015 season.

The revised tire rule for racers that choose to use the American Racer brand of tire for the Pro Late Model division for the 2015 will now be as follows: Crate Spec 48 and Crate Spec 56.

This will allow racers in the Pro Late Model division to utilize both the Hoosier Tire rules already in place (any Hoosier that is legal with any Pro Late Model series) and the American Racer tires if a racer chooses to equip his race car this those tires as well

The track will begin its 43rd season of dirt track racing on Friday March 27 with a full program of racing for Pro Late Models, Modifieds, KDRA Super Stocks (formerly Sportsman), and Mini-Cup/Cyclones, while Super Late Models will be allowed to practice.
