Not a bad weekend for them with Jd winning along with furguson weaver and Roberts I'd say that's a good weekend

I would say you are correct. Every track was at optimal shape with speed at the top of the plate...No weak Links this weekend....jmo

Atomic looked a bit rough to me, but congrats to JD and Casey Roberts for their wins.

I was at Boyd's and it was very dry slick. Definitely a drivers track, not heavy and fast at all.

Yep 4 for 4 so far this year.

What's crazy is he went 6 for 6 last July.

Yep, and all his wins this year have pretty much been in special events against some pretty good competition. He outran Davenport tonight and last night he was 3/10 faster than everyone else at Smokey Mountain in qualifying including Jimmy Owens.

True that, maybe they should start a Club 29/Black Diamond trade in program. The people who run out and buy a Longhorn because they are doing good this year is the same group who wanted Club 29s/Black Diamonds last year. Don't forget about Capitol too, everyone was supposed to be buying one of those at the end of Speedweeks.

    Thanks,
    Jeff

Or maybe a rocket trade in program would be better I think the Club 29 and Capitol are still boing pretty well.

If my math is correct, that's 13 wins in 25 races for Weaver since he switched to Longhorn. (Not counting the one in July at Talladega which I believe was in the old GRT.)

All of the people who go out and buy flavor of the month chassis have already traded in their Rockets long ago.

It is great to see Longhorn doing so well on the regional level in the South East. Congratulations to them on that. They are doing just as well as anyone else on the National level too.

National Races in 2015 so far: 23 (Lucas, WoO and Preliminary nights for both series and UMP races during Winternationals)

    Wins by chassis:
    Longhorn: 5 (Davenport, Moyer)
    Capitol: 5 (Clanton)
    Rocket: 5 (Carrier, Richards)
Club 29: 5 (Heckenast, Casebolt, Lanigan, Pearson)
    Bloomquist: 1 (Bloomquist)
    BWRC: 2 (Erb, Whitener)
