Default Metric setup for a rough tacky track

High banked 1/4 clay oval ran play day Saturday and the track was developing large holes in the middle of turn 1/2 and also low in 3/4. The track was rough regardless but those were the worst spots. With more rain forecast this week I imagine with the time of the year and the ground being soaked already the track is going to be very rough. What are your personal thoughts on setting up for a rough track? Right now I'm running 1000-1100 250-225 and afco shocks but do not remember the numbers off the top of my head. Last weekend the car ran great as long as I stayed out of the ruts but just looking for some input incase the whole track gets worse.

U need more rebound on rough tracks to control the springs. the recoil is what causes the bouncing..

I personally believe bilstien are far superior shocks if your running the cheap base oil afco.
