    Default metric front change out

    just received a 81 monte carlo street stock & has stock front suspension. Can some one detail all suspension change out that is needed so I could perchase all items & complete it thrue the week. Ive read nova lowers - Camaro spindles - Camaro drag link etc. Just want to change all componets needed to correct front suspension. Thanks

    Would some one be willing to private me info. Just want to see how much to change if only drag link - ball joints or need to change spindles & bottom aframes.

    There is a great deal of information on this out there, I have not changed spindles yet, but I am considering it myself. Here is what I have found so far. Impala spindles and gm cars of the same size/same spindles are one option, another is pinto spindles, and the third is the camaro spindles. You can search any of those options and it will lead you to the info you desire. If you are going to change spindles, you are going to be changing virtually every suspension/steering component or modifying them, this is also going to widen the car, so take that into consideration. For me, this will be an offseason change.

    Leave it all stock, it works just fine for thousands of racers limited by rules.

    Agree with SCD . If you don't know what to do just leave it stock . Its not just a bolt in to go to Nova lowers . One thing you can change is the centerlink , Camaro , I believe the part# is ds1079 ( that may be wrong ) , it helps bump just a bit. Even that takes some messing to get it right . PM me if you decide to change the centerlink.
