    Default Camaro front spindles?

    Who makes replacement spindles? 70 - 78 Only ones I can find aftermarket are 2" drop....Cast # 371676 RH. Thanks...

    lefthander had some years ago, same as full size impala. I cant imagine you cant find used ones those came on about every full size car..

    I read in one of the interchange books that 76-78 Cadillacs used the same spindle, only it was a lighter design.

    So all the mid 70's are the same ? When I looked up the cast number, only the Camaro comes up....I just thought that it would be better to get a new one. That you know for sure is good...

    New stuff is often cast instead of forged… not sure on those. 73-77 mid size GM is the same.

    actually no 73-77 are much much larger you don't want them they are geometrically the same but weigh several lbs more

    Camaro, 78 up to 88? impala,75-79 nova etc are all the same

    I ran Camaro for 10 years on pavement I only ever damaged one I would be happy with used

    Camaro's switched to strut cars in 82. I believe 70-81 Camaro should all be the same 2nd gen spindles

    The 79-81 camaro spindle uses a larger inner wheel bearing and a different rotor, but is otherwise the same.
