    Default UMP Outlaw Hornets part of PACKED Macon Speedway show May 2nd

    A HUGE doubleheader weekend is upon us. The UMP Outlaw Hornets join a huge, exciting program this Saturday night. Racing along with the UMP Outlaw Hornets Saturday, May 2nd are the Midwest Big Ten Series UMP Street Stocks ($500 to win/$75 to start), UMP Pro Late Models, Billingsley Towing UMP Modifieds, UMP B Mods, & Beach House 600cc Micro Sprints. Along with all of that great racing action, it Cinco De Mayo Fiesta Night and the 1st of the Bud Light Ladies Nights.(not a nice word)Tomorrow night of course is the St. Louis U Pic A Part 100 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series event which will also feature the Billingsley Towing UMP Modifeds racing for $1,000 to win.     Last night was a wild show. If that is any indication as to the racing we will see the remainder of this season, Macon Speedway will be a can't miss show every night out!

    RACING CONTINUES SATURDAY, MAY 2$6 LADIES NIGHT/MICROS SEASON DEBUT(not a nice word)Coming off a Thursday night show which saw Jimmy Owens take the checkered in the St. Louis U-Pic-A-Part 100, Macon Speedway is going through a quick turnaround to prepare for a full six division show on Saturday night. (not a nice word)It will be Bud Light Ladies Night Presented By Y103, meaning that ladies admission is 1/2 price at just $6 per ticket.(not a nice word)The Saturday, May 2 program will feature racing action from the Pro Late Models, Billingsley Towing Modifieds, B-Mods, Big 10 Series Street Stocks, Hornets, & Micros. (not a nice word)Rocco's Bar in Decatur, IL will be presenting a race in which the ladies battle it out on the track, as well.(not a nice word)Pit gates open this Saturday at 4:00, grandstands at 5:00, and racing will begin at 6:00. (not a nice word)Grandstand admission is just $6 for the ladies and $12 for all others.     It is a perfect Spring Day! It is going to be an exciting night tonight at Macon Speedway. Lots of fun with Ladies Night and Cinco de Mayo Fiesta Night. The ladies of Rocco's Bar are going to get WILD in the Hornets! Order of events are: 4:00 - Pit Gates Open 5:00 - Spectator Gates Open 5:45 - Pill Draw Ends/Driver Meeting 6:00 - Hot Laps 6:30 – Qualifying Divisions UMP Pro Late Models (2 laps) Billingsley Towing UMP Modifieds (2 laps) 6:58 - National Anthem 7:00 - Heat Races B-Mains As Needed Feature Races It is going to be a lot of fun!
