Clanton got around the 29 car to take the lead and lanigan tried to get it back within the next half lap instead of being patient. And they were in lap traffic so Lanigan got into Ratliff I believe it was. I can't remember exactly who it was. Is a pretty good race and I'm sure Eckert was excited to get his first win in almost 2 years and to do it at a track he's never been to.

Actually what happened was lanigan was fixing to get passed by
Eckert for the lead cause Eckert was the fastest car and he tried to be stupid and cause a caution by hitting the left quarter panel of Justin ratliff car and spinning him out to cause a caution but instead he hit him and looked like he broke a tie rod or something in the right front need less to say I lost all respect for Darrell lanigan

Racewire says Lanigan hit a lapper. I thought the track announcer said Eckert.

Yeah I had Clanton on my mind for some reason. At any rate, Lanigan basically made a hard right and turned in to hit Ratliff. Maybe it happened right as his tie rod broke, but he straightened it up and went on down the track a ways before he had to pull off.

It's amazing the year Lanigan is having after naming his crew chief as team driver then kicking the chair out from under him ( Jamison)......karma is a beotch!
