Default Loose/spinning tires coming off turn

Generally what adjustment/change would you go to if the car spins tires coming out of the turn ?

Pull some timing out.It will depend on how the car is handling earlier in the corner. If the car was loose at apex I might add a lead on the l/s above the l/r.If it was tight at apex that can cause an loose at exit.

Generally, increase rear % either with more static weight or get the car to transfer weight to the rear on exit with shocks. We switch out the front tie down shocks with more easy-up shocks to help transfer. Just one method to get there.
