What is the easiest way to get side bite in a 3000 pound street stock with 8 in. Tires and wheels. H500 tires. Any help would be nice thanks in advance.

The easiest way is to move a 20lb piece of lead to the rr framerail right above rr tire. If its a coil spring car, you could stiffen rr spring.
