You can try to sneak a can or two in if you can hide them well. But you cant carry anything in because of the liquor license they have. Beer is very reasonable though, 10 bucks a six pack.
Not sure exact rule on campfires. As long as you contain it in a ring or what not you should be good almost anywhere. Open fires are restricted in certain areas
Campfires are fine in what they call the Eldora village which is what I call the ghetto to left side of the concrete on the track side, also as said above they're also allowed in the speedy grounds across from the race track.
I'm not a drinker so I can't answer on the beer deal.
I seem to remember coolers being checked at the spectator gates. I would imagine that carry-in liquor would be in violation of the track's liquor license. A great source for all the rules is the Eldora website- www.eldoraspeedway.com
If you are camping out in speedy, don't have an open beer in golf cart. My buddies got an open container ticket a year ago on their cart. As soon as they pulled out onto the main drag in speedy, Barney and ponch jammed them up.
