I wish Florence Speedway and Lawrenceburg Speedway would work with each other like that...weeks that florence don't run lawrenceburg speedway could run lates..

thats still not to bad of a turn out for a track that doesnt normally run super lates and was a last minute deal....

Sounds good in theory. In practice, most Florence guys don't go when it has happened in the past.

Similar situation here a few weeks back, crates had the night off at our track due to a RUSH touring racing at another track within about an hour. That track ended up raining out so the crates guys said they wanted to race, track owner said if they got more then 12 cars they would have their own show if not they would run with the late models. In a little over 3 hours had about 22 crates commit to coming that night. Always nice to see a track owner listen to the racers.
