Hope more cars show up then this. That would be a disappointing car count. But Attica and Atomic are running regular shows so that may take some Late models away.

What would be wrong with the feature with those cars in it? Why do people get so hung up on car counts when they only start 24? Less cars = less time trials.

More cars = more Late Model heats and B-Mains. That's what we come to see. More racing of the top division.

Car counts of the past are gone, only time we gonna see big car counts special big dollar shows, Crown Jewels show. Believe me drivers are looking for the less car count races so they can take home some money, less laps so it will push back the time they have to freshen up a motor since all engines builders go off laps now. i consider it good to get a full 24 car field to the races I have gone to this year. It all about the laps in my opinion and that adds to the cost of why super racing is getting out of hand big time.

The track will be better for the feature of there are less preliminary races on it. With the painful amount of support divisions on the card there will be too many laps on it already. The heats are usually uneventful anyway because of the format.

When it come's to this particular race... the car count is bound to be down slightly this year. Compared to the past few years (Wednesday, Thursday shows) they were the only track running and a few more "local" guys gave it a shot to be shoot for the fences, or just to be apart of the show. Looking throughout the region this year, you have Elkins ($5,000 Late Models), Skyline ($2,000 Late Models), Atomic, Attica and Legendary Hilltop... that's a lot of directions for car's to head to within a 2-3 hour radius.
