only 10 supers started, 2 loaded up because of the politics and lap time cheating. If you don't believe it, get a good stop watch and time the super qualifying and you'll see way fast lap times for cars that you don't even need a watch to see they weren't even close to being fast. You'll see slower lap times for cars that clearly would put a hurting on the local capital gang. Guess that's why Lucas shoves everyone out of the way when they come to town so they can run the lap times and show as a professional organization should. Another reason why the other dozen late model tours only pass by Dixie on the way to the other tracks.

You are so right, I was at Dixie last Saturday night and it was not too good, no cars, not too many people in stands either by Dixie standards, and yes there looks like to me some Capital Race car politics going on with local racing as well as tour racing, Why do you think Ray Cook's the only tour that comes in through is connection, Lucas gets in because of connection with Mike Swims, but Dixie used have Southern All Stars come in and draw good fields of cars, but no more, they want even talk to any other series either from what i have been told, granted tour racing is not what it used to be in the south, but you still get to see some good drivers when a track uses their series name and usually a good crowd will follow.

So you think Shane Clanton is getting special treatment from WOO because he is driving a Capital car and that's why he has won so many races this year? You've done fell and bumped your head if you think that. That series is owned by Rocket. Just ask Mark Richards. He'll tell ya.

It's been a while since I've been to Dixie. I could of swore they use a timing system to clock the cars and not a stopwatch. Mickie Swims hasn't been in business all these years by cheating the racers. Wouldn't think he would start now. Before you say it I know who owns Capital race cars.

Car counts are down since Senoia has got their track figured out. A lot of cars are going there now. For a long time Dixie was the best place to go. Not so much now. Might be time for Mickie to pass the torch on and enjoy retirement.
