    Default cyl. head choice

we run a 383, 350 block, 3.75 eagle crank, 6" rod, 12:1 pistons. we have 2 sets of dart iron eagle heads. 200 cc runners and 215 cc. which would be the better choice and why

Depends how many rpm you are wanting to run.

    Agree with Terry. 215

Why? Because they will make more power!

    Yep, 215.
Street engine, 200, less rpm (piston speed). TB

If it's a 2bbl engine 200s will be much better. 215s the way to go with a 4bbl.

Sorry should have put more info. Yes it's a 500cfm 2 bbl. no more than 7000 rpm, heads are untouched.
Local engine builder says the 200 would be best. Motor has the 215's now, seems to make good power but hoping to make it better

200s will bet better for sure. The 215s are lazy with a 2bbl. They look nice on the dyno but thats about it.
