    This is going to prove to be an exciting weekend.....

    Thanksgiving Weekend Racer's Consignment Auction & Trade Show!!

    November 26 - 29, 2015 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds:

    Marsh Blue Ribbon Pavilion
    1202 East 38th Street
    Indianapolis, IN 46206.

    Admission is $10.00 a day ($30.00 for the weekend)
    Children under 12 admitted free with paid adult admission

    The Auction

    We have lot numbers going fast..... Sale is filling up quickly!! Over 1,300 lot numbers are already consigned. Hurry ... you don't want to miss this opportunity!

    Thursday:
    Auction starts at 12:00 PM

    Friday, Saturday and Sunday:
    Auction starts at 9:00 AM.
    There will be a wide array of good, quality race car parts.

    If you pre-consign, you will receive one free admission to the show and one parking pass for the State Fairgrounds.

    Consignments will be taken on Tuesday November 24, 2015 from 12 PM – 8:00 PM and again on Wednesday November 25, 2015, 9 AM - 5:00 PM

    Basic Lot Fee is $3.00
    Rolling Stock Lot fee is $10.00

    The Trade Show

    We are excited to have added Vendors this year to our show! We have purposefully limited the number of Vendors to allow more time for you to visit each Vendor and for the Vendors to have more one-on-one time. Vendor space is limited.

    If you wish to be a vendor, we will also promote your product and your company on our website.

    Auction and Trade Show Update!!

    Only 150 lots left open ..... Currently 1650 lots have been reserved and 4 rolling stock. Please reserve now if you need lot numbers for our Thanksgiving Sale.

    Selling 300 Lots on Thursday afternoon
    Selling 500 Lots on Friday
    Selling 600 Lots on Saturday
    Selling 350 Lots on Sunday

    Admission is $10.00 per day; $30.00 for the weekend.
    Children 12 and under free with paying adult.

    Vendor Space is available.

    Sale is full.... selling over 1900 lots!

    Thursday doors open at 11 AM - Auction starts at Noon
    Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - Doors open at 8 AM - Auction starts at 9:00 AM

    Consignments will be taken on Tuesday, Nov 24, Noon – 7:00 PM and Wednesday, Nov 25, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    Vendors can set-up Tuesday and Wednesday - same time as consignments

    Wondering how to pay?

    Terms of sale is cash, cashier checks, money orders, traveler's checks, Visa or Mastercard. Business or Personal Checks must be accompanied by a Bank Letter of Credit submitted to cashier on Sale Days.

    There will be a 15% buyer’s premium charged on each lot number sold, with a 5% discount given for cash. Driver's license or picture identification is required to register. All items sold “As Is, Where Is” with no guarantees or warranty expressed or implied. Buyers must settle and remove all items at the end of each sale day. Announcements sale day take precedence over any printed matter.
