The NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series Touring Division will make its first-ever visit to Kentucky Late Motor Speedway in Calvert City, KY for a pair of 50-lap $2,500-to-win races, Rounds 16 and 17 of the 2015 season. Both the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series and Kentucky Lake Motor Speedway have set new standards for dirt late model racing.

When Kentucky Lake Motor Speedway was built in the mid-1990s, it was called the Taj Mahal of American Dirt Tracks with its modern facilities that set new standards for American dirt tracks. For the past 11 years, the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series has set new standards for economical dirt late model racing and close competition.

The NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series uses the economical Chevrolet Performance 604 Circle Track Engines that are built and sealed at the factory to prevent any expensive modifications. The NeSmith Racing Technical Department closely scrutinizes these engines through a network of Authorized Rebuilders, its own sealing system, and an extensive database of technical information.

The NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series was the first sanctioning body to develop a driver feeder system with the NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series for weekly dirt tracks across the country. Several of the top drivers competing in the Touring Division this season have come from the Weekly Racing Series.
