    Default brake help ,,,disk calipers

    rules will let us run one brake cly,,we are running all 4 on 1 brake cylinder but soft pedal what can I do to help to get more brakes metric calipers on all 4 wheels thanks for any impute

    There should be two resivours on a stock brake master cylinder. Spongey pedal is most likely air in brake system. Re-bench bleed master, then bleed the rest starting with the furthest away caliper. On to second most away, so on so on. The bleeder should always be the lowest point of the brake system.Another thought, some people I know run a spacer between the caliper and pad. Other than that, try running a more aggressive pad

    Check your spindles and rear caliper mounts to make sure nothing is bent. If all 8 of your brake pads are not perfectly square to the rotor you will get a soft pedal no matter what pads you use or how many times you bleed it.

    If that checks out then we can move on to other options. Do you have to run an OEM master? Eric
