Default How to save a tire

I have a tire that while getting off an MRW wheel, took a little piece of rubber out right at the bead. About the size of a pencil eraser. Tire won't stop leaking at that spot. Dismounted and flip it around to rule out wheel issue and it leaks at the same spot on the backside
This will be a lr on a mod, tube I feel is out of the question. So what can I use? Black silicone?
