I believe this was the car at PPMS that was #02 if I am not mistaken? IS he affiliated somehow with Chad Stapleton or did he just basically do a copycat scheme on the car? Just wondering??

No affiliation at all. The team is joint effort between the Burgoons and Todd Cerenzia, who owns Cerenzia Auto Body in nearby Canonsburg. They have good equipment and a good driver, I wish they would travel more.
