Default car wont get up on bars

i have an 06 pierce chassis and we have it scaled right on as far as weights and percentages go this past week we went to a test and tune to make sure motor was fine this was my first time in a late model the track was very dry and slick the car was handling great and i was actually running away from the other cars on the straight aways but the car was flat all the way around track and when i came in the left rear was blazing hot and right rear was warm i had american racers 56 on could it be that i just didnt have enough grip to really lift car i can put a jack under left side now and rear dropds like it should so its not bound up

also would to much preload on 5th coil cause this

    what rate 5th coil?
Starting point is 350 spring compressed 1/4" at ride height.

What rate is the RF Spring?
350 is in the ball park.

Ballast weight mounted high or low on chassis?
around 18" from ground is considered neutral. Lower than that will reduce roll. Higher will induce roll.
