Summit Racing Equipment AMS at Florence Speedway Postponed to Sunday October 25

Florence, KY-October 24, 2015- The Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series event scheduled for Saturday October 24 has been postponed due to inclement weather as continuous rain showers along with the forecast for more rain Saturday evening left track and series officials with no other option but to postpone the racing program.

The 6th Annual Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series Season Championship will now take place on Sunday October 25. The event will be 40 laps and pay $5,000 to win just as had been previously advertised. The pit area will open at Noon, with the general admission area set to open at 1:00 p.m., with practice laps set to begin at 2:00 p.m., followed immediately by racing action. The track’s Super Late Model division will also be in action in the Fall 50, paying $5,000 to win for that division.

The Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series presents UMP DirtCar Modified sanctioned dirt track entertainment at racing venues throughout Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and Tennessee.
